yesterday, while trying to go to a seemingly non-existent 'wichcraft, my coworker and i passed by the Hampton Chutney Co. and i noticed the dosas on the menu, something i've only very recently been introduced to... we started talking about them and how maybe we'd get them tomorrow....
thankfully she has a better memory than i do, so today, when it was time to order lunch (its raining. nyers have their lunch delivered in the rain, thankyouverymuch) she reminded me of the dosas... we convinced our third team member that this was a great idea and went off ordering.
this is what was delivered to me about 30 mins later:
Please note the laptop in the back. it is a widescreen laptop. this dosa is the size of a baguette! and not one of those cute mini baguettes that they sell at wholefoods.
and its spicy as HELL!

Dosas are AWESOME. What filling did you get in yours?
I cannot look at your blog anymore right now because I WANT - no, NEED - a dosa. All I had for lunch was a half a salad and I only ate half because I didn't wash the lettuce well and there was a ton of grit in my salad - gross.
What exactly is it? Is it like an Indian calzone?
