i dont really know when i started taking myself so seriously and thinking that i always needed to make something amazing... i think i made up these rules in my head about what was supposed to go on here, but what's that about? I'm the one who paid $9.95 for my domain name, i'll post what i want, dammit.
i still have no time, and honestly, given the fabulous results on the scale, not as much desire to cook... and you know, i dont care who you are - you've had days like that too...
last time i went to the grocery store, i picked up a few frozen meals... I'd realized that I'd come home late at night and eat CRAP because that's all that was here and i figured a few frozen meals wouldnt kill me... however, one almost did... i got a lean cuisine that i'd gotten many times before but that had been reformulated as 'new! reformulated! different!' and it was awful... and it got worse when, later on that night, i thought my throat was closing up and almost took myself to the hospital... i decided to take my chances that night (and clearly survived) but dont plan to take my chances on that lean cuisine ever again...
therefore, thats a whole big long story that i felt the need to post inorder to tell you that next time you need a frozen meal, i highly recommend this one...

Lean Cuisine is bad - there's so much random crap in there! Amy's is sooo much better. I am definitely a fan of hers. But you know what's EVEN better? Trader Joe's frozen Indian meals. I can't believe how good they are.
Are you working this weekend, too, now that it's fully tax season?
